Our client is a large local furniture manufacturer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, specializing in custom kitchen and wardrobe cabinets for residential apartment projects. In early 2025, they faced supply instability and inconsistent surface quality of cabinet handles, ball-bearing drawer slides and wood screws from their previous supplier. They needed a reliable one-stop hardware supplier to deliver matched fittings for their 1200-unit apartment development.Project Requirements

Our Solution
We selected stainless steel and high-grade iron hardware matching their furniture design style. All metal products adopted advanced electroplating process to improve corrosion resistance for Vietnam’s high humidity coastal climate. Our QC team performed full sampling inspection on hardness, load capacity and surface finish. We arranged mixed container loading to reduce logistics cost, and printed client brand logo on each product box. We also provided installation specification documents for their factory workers.Project Result
The whole batch of hardware was delivered on schedule. The client finished installation smoothly without product rusting or failure complaints. The project passed final acceptance by the real estate developer.
